Setting Your Intention for January: Self‑Awakening


Happy New Year, Be You! Community!!


As we step into January, let’s make this month about Self‑Awakening...noticing who we truly are, what we deeply want, and the small choices that bring us closer to that truth.


A simple intention to try...


"I will listen to myself with kindness and follow one small, honest step each day toward what lights me up."


Quick practice for the month...


  • Each morning, take 3 deep breaths and ask: "What feels true for me today?"

  • Choose one small action (10–30 minutes) that honours that truth...journaling, a walk, saying no, creating, or reaching out.

  • Each evening, note one thing you noticed about yourself and one tiny win.


Awakening isn’t a dramatic overhaul; it’s the gentle return to yourself, repeated daily.


What one small action will you choose today to awaken a truer part of you?


For me...it was returning to my yoga mat.
