I’m Jody Myciak, a recovering people-pleaser learning to embrace my fun, silly side. I'm a mother of two, a wife, and a lifelong learner.


In 2020, I moved my family across the country—from Ontario to the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia, Canada—and it has been the best thing ever. Because I truly embraced who I am and finally listened to my heart!

Today and throughout this month, give yourself permission to make one simple, powerful choice...to prioritize your own well‑being.

  • You are allowed to say no. Protecting your energy is not selfish, it’s necessary.

  • Small routines matter. A 10‑minute walk, a quiet cup of tea, or five minutes of breathing can reset your whole day.
