So, let’s talk about setting your monthly intention for May.
Why Setting an Intention Matters

My Intention for May
In April I was really focused on creating "A Course In Self-Love" and sharing it with the world.
So, my Intention for May is to slow down and focus on what my mind, body and spirit need.
