This week’s theme is one of the most important questions you’ll ever ask yourself...What do I truly want?
Not what you think you should want. Not what your parents, partner, or social media says is impressive. But what genuinely lights you up and feels aligned with who you are.
Many of us have spent years following a script that was never ours. We achieved the goals only to realize they weren’t our goals.
The beautiful part? It’s never too late to rewrite the script.
Here are three powerful ways to begin discovering what you truly want:
The Values Compass: List your top five core values. When you know what you value, freedom, creativity, connection, growth, peace, decisions become clearer.
The Future Self Visualization: Close your eyes and imagine yourself five years from now, living a life that feels incredible. What are you doing? How do you feel in your body? Who is around you? The details matter.
The Joy Audit: Look at the last 30 days. When did you feel most alive? Most proud? Most peaceful? Those moments contain clues.

But first, you have to know what you love.
This week, I challenge you to get curious.
Have a date with yourself. Ask the scary, exciting question: What do I want?
And then listen...really listen for the answer.
It may come as a whisper. It may come as a knowing in your gut. It may come as tears because you finally admitted something you’ve been afraid to want.
Whatever arises, know that your desires are not selfish. They are the compass pointing you toward your most authentic life.
