Fear often masquerades as certainty...the inner voice that clings to old stories, limits our choices, and keeps us from showing up fully.
The work of the spirit is simpler and kinder...notice the fear, sit with it, and choose love instead.
Today, try this small practice:
Pause and breathe for 60 seconds.
Notice one fear that shows up (big or small).
Ask: “What would love do right now?”
Take one tiny, brave step aligned with that answer.
Every step of unlearning fear is a step toward your truest self.
In this room, you’re seen, supported, and celebrated...just as you are.
