Thank you so much for the meditation. Just wanted to let you know I have listened to many meditations online and it is hard to find one that is perfect for each person. I really enjoyed the soft piano music you chose. Also you have a wonderful calm, soothing voice perfect for meditation. I could listen to this often. You would do well also for long meditation too.
