Hello! I'm Jody Myciak
I'm the host and founder of the Be You! Community Room.

I'm also a Certified Women's Empowerment Coach and the creator of A Course in Self-Love.

I’ve partnered with countless women navigating the shock of life shifts...divorce, parenting transitions, career endings, health crises, and the quiet loss of identity.
My approach is compassionate, direct, and deeply practical.
I combine heart-led listening with actionable steps, so you feel supported and empowered.
I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to help you find the strength and clarity already inside you and to help you rebuild a life you love.
