Self-Care 101

Self-care is NOT selfish. It's essential

Self-care isn't just doing something for yourself and calling it "self-care", it needs to bring you joy and fill you up. 

You might be doing self-care activities daily, but it might not be in the area you need the most. 

How do I know this? Because I've been there and I still sometimes put more love in one basket when I need to be focusing on another area. 

I was focusing a lot of my self-care on my physical and mental life but what I needed most was to get out and be social. 

Like everything in life, it's about balance...and that includes our self-care. 

I have created this guide to help you understand the different types of self-care. So if you are someone who has been giving yourself lots of self-care but never really feels like it's helping...this might be why.
