Hello!

My name is Jody Myciak

I'm a self-love advocate, coach, and creator of A Course in Self-Love.

 

For years, I struggled and put myself last, chasing validation from others, and feeling like I wasn’t enough.

But then I discovered the power of self-love, and it completely transformed my life.

 

Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.

Frequently asked questions

Q. How much time will this take each day?

A. About 15–20 minutes. Everything is designed to be short, practical, and doable.

 

Q. Do I need prior meditation experience?

A. No. Meditations are short, and guide you through your practice.

Q. What happens if I miss a day?

A. That's completely okay. Life get's busy. You can catch up the next day. This challenge is available until April 30th, to allow you time to complete the whole 7-day challenge.

 

Q. Is this therapy?

A. This challenge is a coaching-style self-development program, not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you’re in crisis or need clinical support, please seek a licensed professional.

 

Q. Will this work if I’m super busy?

A. Yes. These short practices fit into hectic schedules and have maximum impact when repeated consistently.

 

Q. How is this delivered?

A. Daily emails will let you know of the focus of the day and will include a link to the challenge itself. Which will include the daily steps...an audio lesson, meditation, journaling/action prompt, and recap.
